SOLUTION

When using the ASCII Packet Server (Connector API) and the file path has the file name with a '~' (tilde) for a leading character.

Example
[OrderPacket]
CallID=897984598231245
Subject=the subject
FaxNumber=5035975360
File1=C:\NET SatisFAXtion\~FILENAME.TXT (FILENAME with a leading tilde '~')
UserName=Enduser

The result will be an error of 4124 (Hex 1076) Load File Failed.
(Load File Failed is an error where NET SatisFAXtion looked for the file and couldn't find it )

Example of Error in the Logging Section [Logging]
[OrderPacket]
CallID=897984598231245
Subject=the subject
FaxNumber=5035975360
File1=C:\NET SatisFAXtion\~FILENAME.TXT
UserName=Enduser
[Logging]
FaxStatusNum=1076
FaxStatus=Load File Failed (4214)

Workaround
1. Create filenames without the tilde '~' as the leading character Example Change ~FILENAME.TXT to FILENAME.TXT
2. Create Order Packets that don't write a file path with a tilde '~' as the filename's leading character.

Explanation:
ASCII Packet Server (Connector API) doesn't ignore the character and will search for a filename exactly as described in the ASCII Order Packet.
