PROBLEM

Faxes Recieved from a machine using SuperFine mode are mis-sized or compressed.
The fax is either mis-sized such as 8.5x22 inches, has a virtical line of data on the page, or the text is very compressed.
This condition only pertains to NET SatisFAXtion Version 7.0, and 7.01 and for TR-114 based analog fax hardware and will only occur when the sending fax machine is sending in super fine mode.

Affects:
- NET SatisFAXtion Version 7.0 and 7.01 only - Version 7.5x and above are not affected
- Brooktrout hardware using BFax drivers and BT_Man.dll TR-114 Based fax cards (Does not affect Boston based drivers)

SOLUTION

Modify BTCALL.CFG (C:\Program Files\NET SatisFAXtion\Bfax\Btcall.cfg)

It may be Set to
restrict_res to F (allows 200*400, 300*300 and 400*400)

Change the value to
restrict_res to 1 (allows 100, 200)
