Contacting FaxBack Technical Support requires a current support plan. Please include your Server ID in all email communications. If you do not know your Server ID, or do not have a current support plan, please contact your sales account representative who can assist you.

To better assist you, please include the following in your email:
  • Your Server ID
  • Indicate which client or server application or component you are experiencing the problem.
  • A description of the problem, including the full error code and error message if appropriate.

24 × 7 Customers

24 × 7 customers receive expedited routing of phone calls and after hours support. If you are a 24 × 7 customer and call our support line, upon entering your Server ID, our automated system will automatically notify a technical engineer who will return your call within 30 minutes.

Trialware Evaluation Support

Email support is available to trialware users at supporteval@faxback.com.
If you would like to talk with one of our support engineers, contact your sales account representative who will provide you with a temporary Server ID.
