PROBLEM

The "Export" folder will contain image files in a numeric sequence, however do not help identify where the fax image came from.
Example:
R000006.tif
R000007.tif

SOLUTION

- Simply copy the CustomNameFormat.js file to your Fax Servers .\Scripts folder (Typically C:\Program Files\NET SatisFAXtion\Scripts)
- Close and reopen the Fax Server.

After this change and reloading the fax server, Exported Faxes will have names such as:
POSTMASTER, 5319, SAHARA, 2003-01-06 (07-03-44), (NETSATISFAXTION-NF_104), (1 pages), 0001.tif
POSTMASTER, 5319, SAHARA, 2003-01-06 (07-09-32), (NETSATISFAXTION-NF_104), (3 pages), 0002.tif

The order of these fields are as follows:
1 - Batch Class Name (User name)
2 - DNIS

3 - CSID
4 - Date
5 - Time
6 - Fax Server
7 - Fax Port
8 - Pages
9 - Unique ID

Save the following file to your Fax Servers \Program Files\NET SatisFAXtion\Scripts folder

CustomNameFormat.js (at the bottom of the file) can be edited to add or remove any of the 8 settings above, by removing the variables and sections between the Quotes. Be sure to remove the trailing quotation marks.

var FileName =
UserName +
" (" + DID + "), " +
CSID + ", " +
YYYY_MM_DD +
" (" + HH_MM_SS + "), " +
"(" + ServerName + "-" + PortUsed + "), " +
" (" + PageCount + " pages), " + zPad(UniqueID % 10000,4);

Note that no other variables are supported. If you should require additional information to be displayed in the filename, please contact your sales person for a quote for custom software.
