PROBLEM

Does FAXability install and work on a Citrix Server or Windows Terminal Server.

SOLUTION

It is not directly supported, however has worked in some environments by tweaking a few permissions. (This may, or may not work in your environment. This information is provided only as a possible guide, not a solution)

As the Administrator, and on the console of the Citrix or terminal Server, go to the Fax Server's Launchpad website and install FAXability, just as you would on a standard workstation.

IMPORTANT
Once the client application(s) are installed, the users must understand that there are two print drivers to select from and they must use the servers FAXability print driver and not the one created for the local clients. The local client print drivers will not work on a Citrix session.
