Your Server ID is your Fax server's unique identifier and how we quickly find your support records.

When calling the technical support line, you will be prompted for your Server ID. It is also recommended you include your Server ID when emailing support@faxback.com with questions or to open a new support case.

The Update Center requires both your Customer ID and Server ID to allow access to software downloads.

You can determine your unique Customer ID and Server ID by referring to your NET SatisFAXtion software. Click on the Start menu, and navigate to All Programs -> NET SatisFAXtion -> Update Product Key.


When Launching Update Product Key, the program will display your Customer ID and Product ID. See the image below:

In addition to your Customer and Server ID it will show all the modules you are licensed for, as well as your support subscription expiration date.

Alternately, you can download the following executable to your fax server and run it. It will simply display your fax server's Server ID. Make sure this is run on your NET SatisFAXtion Fax server.
