NET SatisFAXtion 8.x and 9.x Fax Servers

Check your NET SatisFAXtion Fax Queues to proactively catch fax server problems before your faxing is impacted. As the Fax Server Queues are not designed for fax archiving, files in these queues may be a sign of problems. A significant number of files may also affect the health and performance of your fax server. Fax Server features not working, slow loading or failure to load at all may occur as a result.

If you see significant file counts in your Fax Queues or have any additional questions regarding Fax Queues or Fax Server health, contact FaxBack Support for assistance.

How to Check:
  • NET SatisFAXtion Administration
    Look at the bottom of the Administration console to see current counts of the various fax queues.

  • File Explorer
    Right click on the fax queues folder's properties and look at the file count.

    Windows 32-bit OS:
    C:\Program Files\NET SatisFAXtion\Queues

    Windows 64-bit OS:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\NET SatisFAXtion\Queues
