PROBLEM

Inbound calls are ringing, and not being answered by the fax server.

CAUSE

IP address of the Fax Server may have changed and the MediaPack was not configured to use the new IP address.

SOLUTION

Logon to the web interface of the MP11x using it's IP address.
Click Configuration
Expand Protocol Configuration
Expand Routing Tables
Click on Tel to IP Routing
Set the Dest. IP Address to be the correct IP address for the Fax Server
Click Submit
Click Burn
