FaxOut print driver hangs after rendering Word document and attempting to invoke the Outlook message creation dialog.
The error sometimes display is FB_PRINT_PROCESSOR - DONTNET print_open return = 0



The installation of Microsoft .NET 1.1 has somehow been compermised and is not functioning properly.


Uninstall the Client Suite from Add/Remove Programs
UninstallComObjects.exe from our website.
Note – Right click UninstallComObjects.exe and do a save as to your desktop, DO NOT try to run it from there. IT WILL NOT WORK.
Run UninstallComObjects.exe on the affected systems
Uninstall Microsoft .NET Version 1.1 from Add/Remove Programs
Reboot the machine
Install MS .NET Version 1.1 (can be found on your Fax Server machine at C:\Program Files\NET SatisFAXtion\wwwroot\downloads\dotnetfx.exe)
Reboot the client machine
Download the NS-ClientSuite.msi file again to your two machines (put it directly on those machines that show this problem, do not run the install from the launch pad website)
Run the install again.
