User installed the Client Suite for Outlook an attempted to send a fax. The System Administrator of the mail server returns the email message stating "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

This is because when the client suite was installed, it did not find an email gateway installed on the fax server. The key to this is the recipients email address of "(@ Fax)" The mail server is telling you it does not find a domain named @ Fax anywhere and therefore, cannot deliver this message.
Example Non-delivery message from a mail server

To: Test Recipient
Subject: Undeliverable: Test
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Test

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'Test Recipient
(@ Fax)' on 11/5/2008 10:04 AM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

  1. Make sure an email gateway has been installed. (See your fax server's launchpad website - Admin Tools - Email Gateway Installations)
  2. Un-install your current Client Suite installation from Add/Remove Programs
  3. Delete the NS-ClientSuite.msi you previously downloaded from your server's launchpad
  4. Download a new NS-ClientSuite.msi from you launchpad website.

This new MSI will now be updated by the email gateway that was installed, and populate the email address correctly so your mail server can deliver the message to the email gateway.
