This article applies to NET SatisFAXtion 8.5.

PROBLEM

There were two problems solved for the Version 8.1 client suite.

1. Outlook 2007 does not run, or issues an error and restarts with the Client Suite installed.
2. Fax Options tab does not display the entire screen.

SOLUTION

1. Upgrade to version 8.5 and uninstall/reinstall the 8.5 client suite.

If you are not able to ready to upgrade to 8.5
1. Close Outlook if it's running.
2. Close the pop-up notifier if it's running.
3. Download and upzip the contents of the attached ImageViewer.zip to your Client Suite installation. (C:\Program Files\NET SatisFAXtion\Client Suite) - overwrite your current Version 8.1 files


4. Open Outlook and the pop-up notifier
