PROBLEM

User gets an error from Microsoft Outlook attempting to view an inbound fax

The form required to view this message cannot be displayed: Contact your Administrator

SOLUTION

From Outlook Click on:

Tools -> Options
Other Tab -> Advanced Options Button ->
Custom Forms Button -> Manage Forms -> Clear Cache Button
Then close that page (Close Button)
This puts you back to the Custom Forms page where you will need to increased the temp storage from 2048 kb to 10000 kb
This requires a restart (reboot the machine)
