- 1983 Formed as a privately-owned company
- 1984 First contract for AT&T's fax software is signed
- 1986 Contract to develop fax technology for ITT World Communications signed
- 1990 Fax-on-Demand technology developed and spun-off from Intel
- 1991 Developed NET SatisFAXtion while under contract with Intel
- 1993 WinFax PRO for Networks built for Delrina/Symantec
- 1994 Contracts signed with Brooktrout and Dialogic to develop fax drivers
- 1995 Fax-on-Demand enjoys install base that includes over 35% of Fortune 500 companies
- 1996 Contract with IBM is signed to develop cellular fax technology
- 1997 NET SatisFAXtion trademark is acquired; New version based on Windows NT introduced

- 2002 Launched FAXability Broadcast, an easy-to-use way to broadcast to high-volumes of users; Announced V.34 and JBIG support to reduce connection times 20-80%; Introduced Workflow Integration Suite; Announced a lower-cost alternative for T1 environments (Eicon)
- 2003 Hired fax industry veteran to drive FaxBack's next messaging strategy; 33% increase in sales revenue in 2003. Launched Consensual Fax solution in response to the FCC's fax regulations
- 2004 New NET SatisFAXtion version built on Microsoft Windows .NET, XML and SQL core; Introduced Office integrated fax; Added support for FoIP (Fax over IP)
- 2005 Expanded webinar series on various topics; Introduced NET SatisFAXtion IP, a T.38 software-only fax server for VoIP environments
- 2006 - Introduced a 100% VoIP fax fax server
- 2007 - Launched NetSat Provider/Carrier Edition, Certified by AudioCodes for Fax, Sold more AudioCodes M3K's than any other fax vendor during the year
- 2008 - Shipped FMIS and developed HTTP fax platform
- 2009 - Partnered with AudioCodes to embed HTTP in MP-202B
- 2010 - Released MP-202B HTTPS to the market, released Fax Connector beta. Deployed our 1st 1000 Fax ATAs.
- 2011 - First fax server to ship with an ATA to connect fax machines, released Fax Connector beta. Connect fax machines to eFax and EasyLink.
- 2012 - AudioCodes HTTPS Fax ATA now being sold to consumers through VoIP Supply.
- 2013 - Launched new FAXability for SRS Customers
- 2014 - Debuted Real-Time Preview in Web and Mobile Fax Client in FaxBack's FAXability
- 2015 - Sold over 20,000 AudioCodes Fax ATAs to Service Providers and Business Fax Users
- 2016 - Expanded IAFax Service to provide HTTPS-Based Fax Telephony Communications Service Platform
